Steps to Acquiring your Tooninator Toon
Locate a photo of the victim, honoree or yourself where the photo, if printed in a standard 4x6 format, would show the head of the toon-to-be at least 2.5" tall and in focus with sufficient lighting on the subject.
Click here to open a text order from you can paste into an e-mail and fill-in the blanks. The send to dave@davestoons.com with the subject line: Tooninator Order.
Wait for a confirmation of your order request by e-mail (usually within 72 hours). This e-mail will contain your confirmation number, quote and a request for your photo(s).
Send us your photo(s). Please limit your e-mail to under 15MB. Your photo(s) will be deleted from our system and printed copies shredded once your order is complete. If the base price exceeds $49, half the balance will be payable prior to work beginning.
Once a penciled comp is completed (~1wk) you will be contacted to view the comp and approve or suggest a revision. (There are NO revisions for Quickie-Toons) The first revision is FREE and each additional revision is $5.
An approved comp is then inked and colored and will be presented to you for approval once more. (Revisions at this point are limited to color changes and are free.)
Upon final approval, your toon will be exported to the format of your choice upon full payment. A final bill will be sent to you and payment options through Paypal.(These charges are in addition to the Base Price):

When choosing cafepress products with your toon, we make the products available for order 4 weeks after the completion and full payment of your toon. We will send you a link to the section containing your toon products and may order from cafepress.com at your convenience. Your bill from davestoons.com will not include any charges for the merchandise sold through cafepress. All charges incurred through your purchases of merchandise from cafepress are your responsibility. Cafepress has a 30-day return policy and secure on-line ordering. Any business between you and caferess.com is solely between you and cafepress.com. Davestoons will not interfere or mediate any product issues or funds between you and cafepress.com. The responsibility of davestoons.com ends at the production of the toon image.
